Conference Service Information

On-site Registration

The registration desk is on the 3rd floor at  Grand Ballroom. Please make sure to show your QR Code for your onsite registration. You will receive a conference pass and a copy of agenda upon registration.

Conference Pass

Please wear your Conference pass throughout the Conference and use it to access Conference, Lunch and Dinner. Should your Conference pass be lost or damaged, please contact the Conference Service Group immediately and handle for a new pass.  

Weather

The temperature during the time of the Conference is within the comfortable range between 12 Celsius and 20 Celsius in November in Shanghai.

Hotel Reservation

The official hotel of 2019 SITRI Day is Sheraton Shanghai Jiading Hotel. SITRI has negotiated special rates at the hotel for RMB 650 per night with tax(6%) and fees(10%) included.

1.You may cancel your reservation until 12:00pm local time prior to your arrival at no charge. Please note that there are limited number of rooms, so make a reservation soon you can.

2.In compliance with Shanghai Household Waste Management Regulations, effective from 1 July 2019, Sheraton Shanghai Jiading Hotel will no longer be providing disposable personal amenities such as toothbrushes, combs, shavers, nail files, loofah pads and shoe mitts in guest rooms.
